RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your happiness with Silver Beehive Studio jewelry is our main concern.
If you don't absolutely love your purchase, we're happy to exchange your jewelry or issue store credit. This policy is applicable for purchases within 10 days of your receiving the item. The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. When returning items, keep them in the original packaging. Please note that shipping fees will not be included in the credit.
Store credits do not expire.
Wrong Size Issue
We understand that ordering a ring online, with no opportunity to try it on before you purchase, is challenging. We appreciate your business and want to make the ring purchasing process as stress-free as possible. Therefore, we will accept a one-time return of a ring due to incorrect sizing. If you have to return a ring to be resized, depending on the ring design and the size needed, this process may take a full month especially if we need to cast a new ring. It is extremely important to try and accurately know your ring size before ordering. Click here, for four different methods for accurately determining your ring size.
If there is a workmanship defect, after we receive and inspect the piece, we will decide if we will conduct a repair or replacement. There is no charge for repair/replacement or shipping for a workmanship defect piece.
The first step in the return/exchange process is to email email@example.com to communicate your issue and to receive a return authorization. You will then receive further instructions on the process.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale Items
- Earrings (due to hygiene)
- Custom Made-to-Order Items
- Bespoke Items
- Commissioned Items
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
If you received the item as a gift and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning an item. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, shipping times will vary.
We are happy to repair all our own Silver Beehive Studio products. If your product is faulty due to our error we will repair it free of charge providing it is within 6 months of purchase and you have proof of receipt. General wear and tear, or any damage to the product on your behalf, is not included. Please contact the studio at firstname.lastname@example.org for a repair authorization and if you can, include an image of your damaged piece.
We offer a full repair, re-size and re-finishing service for all our products. After 6 months, all repairs will be carried out for an appropriate charge (time and materials). Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
All items are made to order, once production of your jewelry has begun no cancellations will be accepted. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
